Where do I type the information for custom and personalized items?

Please include the information for custom/personalized items such as, names, monograms (be sure to type letters in the order that you would like them to appear), dates, titles, phrases, font style/color, and vinyl styles and colors in the box, "Add personalization" box. This information will appear on your order.

Sizing details

Hotdazzle decals are measured by length (unless specified in the individual item description), not height. If you need a specific height for your decal, please specify that in the box "add note to Hotdazzle" during check out.
Name/word decals that measure 3"-3.5" are normally around 1.25" in height. Your height will definitely vary, depending on your chosen font.
There may be times that Hotdazzle will need to adjust your font choice to fit your needs for a decal that will be applied to an item sold by Hotdazzle. You will receive a proof, for your approval, before your items are customized.

Care Instruction for Permanent Adhesive Vinyl Decals

All items with permanent adhesive vinyl decals need to be hand washed gently, and never scrubbed or washed in the dishwasher.
Not recommend to use in the microwave as the heat will break down the adhesive on the vinyl decal.
When purchasing a permanent adhesive vinyl decal to apply to your own item, the above instructions are applicable.
If you have purchased the "Rush My Order" to receive your item more quickly, please note that your item with an adhesive vinyl decal, once received, needs to set (cure) for 72 hours (three days) before any exposure to liquids.

Care Instructions for Removable Adhesive Vinyl Decals

Removable adhesive vinyl decal application for walls and other surfaces. Please use the test decal to apply to your intended surface.
Leave in place for 72 hours(3 days) before removing. Once you have removed the test decal, it is up to you to continue with the placement of your purchased removable vinyl decal.
Hotdazzle is not responsible for any damage that may occur to any surface on which you place your removable adhesive decal.

Care Instructions for Printed Items with Sublimation Ink

Ceramic, acrylic, and glass items that are professionally printed by Hotdazzle in my home studio, are dishwasher (top shelf recommended) and microwave safe.
Sublimation printing is the process of ink being applied to a special surface. When that surface is heated the ink becomes a gas that permeates the sublimation coating, making it a permanent part of the item. The colors do not fade and can not be removed.
Metal and hardboard items should be cleaned with a damp cloth.
